Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra & Sound Bath for Deep Rest

This two-hour workshop is carefully curated to usher you into deep rest and rejuvenation, offering a profound exploration of self-nurturing practices.

What to expect: 

Restorative Yoga is a gentle yet powerful practice focused on profound relaxation. Guided by Savannah Jayne, the workshop will begin with Pranayama (breathwork) to soothe the mind. This will be followed by a series of deeply comforting poses, allowing you to surrender into a state of complete ease. Embrace stillness, peace, and a surrender that invites you to delve into your inner landscape, untethered from external distractions. Feel stress melt away, nurturing both body and mind.

Resting in Savasana, Savannah will take you through a deep meditative state with the practice of Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep. This deeply restorative practice induces relaxation, offers stress relief, and takes you to profound inner peace.

This workshop concludes with a transformative Sound Bath. Savannah Jayne will gently play crystal bowls, chimes and bells, allowing their frequencies to permeate your entire being. Each crystal bowl has been crafted to create specific frequencies that harmonise with your body’s chakras (energy points in our bodies). As the ethereal sounds envelop you, they work their magic, releasing stress, anxiety or blockages.

As you rest comfortably on your mat, the healing vibrations of the crystal bowls, combined with the deep relaxation and inner warmth from the Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra, transport you to a realm that transcends the demands of daily life.
