About Savannah Jayne Yoga

Welcome to Savannah Jayne Yoga, where the ancient wisdom of Yoga meets the modern world. Savannah is a certified Yoga teacher who has been a dedicated student of Yoga for over 10 years. However, it was after a severe car accident that she fully understood the transformative power of a dedicated Yoga practice and was inspired to become a teacher herself. Savannah’s unique teaching style is grounded in her own personal experience with Yoga. Her teachings go beyond the physical practice, as she emphasises the mental, emotional, and spiritual benefits of the practice, with a focus on cultivating mindfulness, self awareness, and compassion.

Trained in a range of practices – Including Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin as well as Yoga Therapy for PTSD, Savannah uses these teachings to create an empathic and restorative space for her students to explore the many dimensions of Yoga.

While Savannah is not a personal trainer, the physical benefits of a dedicated Yoga practice can be noticed as a natural result. Savannah teaches both online private sessions via zoom and studio classes at Dawn Lister Therapy Centre in Leigh-On-Sea.
